2. What this site is for

Presenting the video game Stack Pack, letting you try it in the browser and linking to its Google Play listing. No products or services are sold through this website, and there is no registration or private area.

3. Intellectual property

The game, its name, its code, its art, its sounds, the DNP Games logo and the texts on this site belong to their owner or are used under licence. Reproducing, distributing or transforming them without written permission is reserved.

Exceptions worth stating:

• The Lilita One and Fredoka typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1; their licences travel with the files.
• The game is made with Unity and uses Google services (Firebase, AdMob, Play Games, Play Billing). Those trademarks belong to their owners.
• If you want to write about the game, record it or stream it: go ahead, no permission needed. Just say where it comes from.

4. Links to other sites

There are links here to Google Play and to Madrid en Carta. We do not control what is on the other side and are not responsible for it. Linking to them does not mean we endorse everything they contain.

5. Liability

We take care that what is said here is true and up to date, but we do not guarantee the site will always be available or free of errors. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the site, nor for problems beyond our control such as network or hosting outages.
