Privacy policy

Last updated: 20 September 2026

This policy explains what data Stack Pack handles —both the Android app and this website—, what it is used for, who else receives it and what you can do about it. It is written to be understood, not to cover our backs.

1. Who is responsible

There is no data protection officer: a studio this size is not required to have one. Write to that address for anything concerning your data.

2. This website

The front page

It uses no cookies, carries no analytics, has no forms and loads nothing from third-party servers: no fonts, no scripts, no images. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. The only thing it stores is the language you pick, in your own browser, so it does not ask you twice.

The browser game

At /jugar you will find the full game compiled for the web. It runs entirely on your device and does not send a single request outside this site: what the next section says about the Android app —Firebase, ads, telemetry— does not apply here, because the web version carries none of it. The site's security policy would not let it even if it tried.

What it does leave in your browser, and where it stays:

The music is served from this very site: three audio files your browser downloads and keeps in its normal cache, like any image. They collect nothing and call nobody.

Sharing your result composes the image in your own browser and only happens if you press the button: it hands it to your system's share menu or, if there is none, copies the link and downloads the PNG for you. That image is not uploaded to any server.

To erase all of it, clear this site's data in your browser. Hosting is on Cloudflare Pages, which like any server logs requests (IP address, date, browser) for a limited time in order to serve the page and protect it from attacks. That processing rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and secure.

3. The Android app

The game can be played from start to finish without giving any personal data and without creating any account. That said, in order to save your progress, show ads and understand how people play, the app handles the following:

WhatWhat forWho receives it
An anonymous identifier the app creates the first time, and your progress: best score, Pricoins, missions and settingsSo you do not lose your game when you change phone or reinstallGoogle (Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore)
Your Google Play Games account, only if you choose to sign inPublic leaderboards and achievementsGoogle (Play Games Services)
The device's advertising identifier, model, language, approximate country from IPShowing the ads that pay for the gameGoogle (AdMob) and its advertising partners
Any purchases you make inside the gameDelivering what you bought and preventing fraudGoogle Play (we never see your card at any point)
A local player identifier and usage events: games started, score, performance, errorsKnowing which parts of the game work and which need fixingPostHog (servers in the European Union) and Make.com

What we never handle: your name, your email, your contacts, your photos, your precise location, your microphone or your camera. The app does not request those permissions.

Legal bases

4. Ads and consent

The game shows Google AdMob ads between rounds, plus rewarded ads you choose to watch. The first time you open the game, Google's consent form (UMP) appears, and that is what decides whether the ads you see are personalised or not.

To change that later: Settings → Privacy inside the game, or in your phone's settings under Google → Ads, where you can also reset or restrict the advertising identifier.

5. Children

Stack Pack is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone who is. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child in your care has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

6. How long it is kept

7. Where the data goes

Google (Firebase, AdMob, Play Games, Play Billing) and Make.com may process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Those transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and, in Google's case, on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. PostHog events go to its European Union servers.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to give you access to your data, to rectify it, to erase it, to restrict its processing, to object to it and for portability. Write to pricop.site@gmail.com: we answer within a month and charge nothing for it.

If you think we got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

How to erase everything of yours

9. Security

Connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Progress is stored under an anonymous identifier, not under your name. Even so, no system is infallible: if a breach affecting you occurred, we would tell you and report it to the authority within the deadlines the law sets.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the date above is updated and, when the change matters, you are told inside the game. Previous versions live in the project's public history.
