Terms of use

Last updated: 20 September 2026

These conditions govern the use of Stack Pack: the Android app, this website and the game you can play inside it. Using them means accepting these terms. If something does not sit right with you, do not use them.

1. What we give you

A personal, free, non-exclusive and revocable licence to play Stack Pack on your devices. The game remains ours: the licence does not sell it to you nor transfer any right over its code, its art, its music or its name.

2. What you cannot do

A score that arrives in a manifestly impossible way is removed from the leaderboard. It is not a punishment: it is so the table means something.

3. Account and sign-in

The game works fully without an account. If you sign in with Google Play Games it is to appear on the leaderboards and keep your achievements, and that account is your responsibility. You can unlink it whenever you want from the game's settings.

4. Purchases and Pricoins

In-game purchases are processed by Google Play, not by us: we never see or store your card details. By purchasing you also accept Google Play's terms.

5. Ads

The game is free because it carries ads. Rewarded ads are voluntary: you watch them if you want what they give in return. Ads are served by Google AdMob and their content is not ours; if one strikes you as inappropriate, tell us and we will report it.

6. The browser version

At /jugar you can play without installing anything. It is the same game, with two differences: your best score is stored only in your browser —clear the site's data and it is gone— and there are no leaderboards or purchases there.

7. Availability

We put effort into keeping everything working, but we do not promise the game will be available without interruption or free of bugs. There may be maintenance, balance changes, new features and features that are retired.

8. Liability

The game is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages or losses arising from not being able to play. None of this limits the rights consumer law gives you, which remain untouched.

9. End of the licence

You can stop using the game whenever you like: uninstall it. We may withdraw access from anyone who breaches these terms seriously or repeatedly.

10. Changes and applicable law

These conditions may change; the date above says when they last did. Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your own domicile and to the European online dispute resolution platform.
